The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Most of our furniture is customized as per your specifications. Custom orders begin production immediately upon order and are built to your specifications. They cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded at any time. WE DO NOT HAVE A ‘CHANGE OF HEART’ RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY.
MONOGRAMMED/ PERSONALIZED ITEMS
These items are considered custom order items and are non-cancelable, non-returnable, and non-refundable.
FINAL CLEARANCE/ SALE
Final sale and clearance items are considered final sales and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
GENERAL RETURN POLICY
Products that are bought from the Physical Stores can’t be returned. All Items are not eligible for return/exchange and would be processed if conditions are met.
You are always required to ship back the items by following the shipping instruction:

EXCHANGE POLICY
The product can not be exchanged & return for any condition.
In order to be eligible for exchanges make sure that the following conditions are met:
Only Defective products can be eligible for replacement.
You are required to ship back the product for the item to be inspected and replaced.

There may be errors in the prices, descriptions, or images of certain merchandise, and we must reserve the right to restrict orders of those items. In case of a replacement offered, the order or product will be replaced with the originally ordered item and cannot be changed against a variation in the current order (example Upholstery, Wood Finish, or any customization), new order, or a different product.
